Spend your Sunday evening in the cozy and ridiculously beautiful atmosphere of Fin Seafood. November 13th, Fin will host a ‘Tequila Tapas Dinner’ featuring carefully crafted Tres Agaves Tequila paired with three tapas courses.
The first course includes citrus-cured salmon with blood orange segments, brussels sprouts and pickled green tomatoes. Second course features ‘bangers and mash’ with house-made chorizo, garlic mashed potatoes, peppers, snow peas, cinnamon demi and elephant garlic chips. Finally, the third course includes braised lamb shank meat, black bean agnolotti stuffed pasta, stewed tomatoes, mushrooms and kale.
Each course will be paired with finely crafted tequila cocktails prepared by Mr. Robert Gregory. The owner of Tres Agaves will also be present. Tickets are $40. The event begins at 6pm.
