Attention party people! If you appreciate real hip-hop, reggae music and a great crowd, mark your calendars for this weekend. Saturday, September 9th, FMB presents “Salute Back”, a fundraiser held to benefit the Combat Wounded Coalition and Kevin Thorp, a loyal friend to the FMB family.

There will be live performances by Jason Coffey, I Gabe, DrummerBoy and DJ Raw Base. You’ll receive a free FMB cup with entry and enjoy drink specials all night long. This event will be held at County Grill in Yorktown. Attendees must be 21 and up with valid ID. The party starts at 9.30pm and will continue until close. It’s always a good time with the FMB crew!

May 20th and 21st, Hampton’s Mill Point Park will host the 7th Annual Chesapeake Bay Reggae Fest. The continuing goal of this event is to promote Unity in the Community. Organizers work very hard to keep original reggae music alive by reviving some of the forgotten artists from the golden era of reggae music.
Currently, thirteen artists are lined up to play to include Strange Rootz, Cultivated Mind, and Nature’s Child. This festival is also known for having outstanding food and craft vendors from all over the East Coast. Come out and have an irie time!
