The day has finally arrived! The much-anticipated opening of the Tasting Room at Ironclad will take place Saturday, March 31st. Spend the afternoon touring the beautiful, historic building while learning all about the history of the company and the product.
Come out to show support, meet fellow bourbon lovers and get a taste of what Ironclad has to offer. The day’s festivities will include tastings, cocktails, live music and a literal outpouring of history and stories. Take advantage of the opportunity to see how their hand-crafted bourbon is made, or pick up a bottle to take home.
Tastings are $5, or you can get a Tasting Flight (a one ounce sample plus your choice of two cocktails) for $20, or you can just get an individual cocktail from the menu.
Free tours will be given every hour on the hour. Last tour leaves at 4pm. This event is from 12-5pm. We will see you there!

Tapas Tuesday returns to Fin Seafood with two of our absolute favorites, whiskey and tapas! Tuesday, March 20th, plan to attend the ‘Special Whiskey Tapas Tuesday’ at Fin.
You’ll enjoy outstanding service, delicious food and cocktail creations by Mixologist Robert Gregory. This event offers 3 courses with 3 different cocktails for $25. Sunday, March 4th Fin will host a ‘Bourbon Cocktail & Wine Dinner’. The perfect Sunday evening date or Girls Night Out.

The dinner menu will feature venison carpaccio, wild Alaskan salmon, pork belly and veal cheek. For dessert, you’ll enjoy a bourbon pecan ice cream tart.

The PFAC Board of Advisors is excited to announce the 7th Annual Artini – Virginia Made. This year, the event is taking place at Boathouse Live Friday, March 2nd.
Local mixologists will compete to create the best cocktail using ingredients made in Virginia. Attendees will choose the winner. Enjoy amazing appetizers from Circa, Waypoint, Harpoon Larry’s, P.F. Chang’s, Second Street, Fin, Riverwalk, Juan’s, Kismet, Mellow Mushroom, Schlesinger’s and of course Boathouse Live.

Attention all lovers of local spirits! Saturday, February 10th, The Virginia Craft Spirits Roadshow comes to the Mariners’ Museum in Newport News.
This exciting event will highlight eight Virginia distilleries, plus Norfolk’s Smartmouth Brewing. Participating distilleries include Belle Isle Moonshine, Chesapeake Bay Distillery, Copper Fox Distillery, Ironclad Distillery, James River Distillery, KO Distilling, Virginia Distillery Company and Vitae Spirits Distillery. Area restaurants providing food will be Supper, Gosport Tavern, The Public House and Still Worldly Eclectic Tapas.
Tickets will include all samples of artisan spirits, craft cocktails, local beers and delicious southern food pairings. Guests can enjoy spirits neat or experience the same spirits in a carefully crafted cocktail. Tickets purchased in advance are $25 for one, $45 for two or $60 for three. Fin is excited to announce another awesome event in Port Warwick. Saturday, September 23rd, Fin Seafood will host their 2nd ‘Speakeasy Night’. The private room in the back of the restaurant will be transformed into a Speakeasy for one night only.
This will be an incredibly fun and different cocktail party. Mixologist Robert Gregory will have 5 specialty cocktails paired with 5 vegetable hors d’oeuvres from Chef Kenny.
