“One Hot Havana Night Gala” to Benefit Local Boys & Girls Clubs

Join Boys & Girls Clubs of the Virginia Peninsula for a fun-filled, ‘hot’ night in Havana. This event will take place Saturday, October 21st at the Hampton Roads Convention Center.

This year’s themed auction, ‘One Hot Havana Night,’ will feature a cigar roller, steel drummer, salsa dancers, and some of the hottest auction items on the Peninsula. Enjoy cocktail hour and browse hundreds of silent auction items before dinner. Experience exciting food stations inspired by Havana, bid on a brand new car, and enjoy a salsa dancing lesson!

All proceeds benefit members of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Virginia Peninsula. This year’s event is chaired by Tommy & Chrissy Garner and Scott & Tricia Russell.

“1946 Killer Diller Jive Fundraiser” for Boys and Girls Club

We have a splendid suggestion on how to spend your Friday evening! October 28th, dress up and come out for the 20th Annual Dinner Auction to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of the Virginia Peninsula. This event is held at the Marriott at City Center and will begin at 6pm through 11pm.

This year’s theme is “1946 Killer Diller Jive” in celebration of their first Club opening 70 years ago. You’ll be jumpin’ and jivin’ with the best of the Peninsula. This is their biggest fundraiser for the year so your attendance is much appreciated!

The evening will begin with an open-bar cocktail hour and silent auction, followed by a plated dinner, live auction, dessert and dancing. Tickets are $125 per person and proceeds go to the Boys & Girls Clubs and Workplace Development Center.
