“Dia de los Muertos” at PFAC

We are excited that PFAC is hosting so many cool events this year!  Saturday, November 5th, come out and join the celebration of The Day of the Dead or “Dia de los Muertos”.  Take part in interactive gallery tours, scavenger hunts, and games for Miradas, Ancient roots in modern and contemporary Mexican art.

You’ll be able to create skeleton prints in the style of Posada and honor your own ancestors by writing on the memorial “chalk the walk”.  Enjoy samples of Pan de Muerto (bread of the dead) and learn of Mexican culture and tradition.  Listen to lectures and join in for intriguing stories from A Day of the Dead.  Food trucks will be on site all day.

This event is free to the public and open from 11am-2pm.
