Blues, Brews & BBQ returns to Yorktown Saturday, May 5th. Sample over 25 different craft beers, enjoy some amazing BBQ, and listen to the best Blues musicians in Hampton Roads.
At 12:30pm, The Jukes will deliver an entertaining performance steeped in swing, boogie, and down-home blues. Then, at 3:30pm, the Michael Clark Band will take the mic to blend the Blues with a little soul, rock and jazz.
New to the event this year is a wine garden, which is included in admission. Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door. Proceeds Benefit the York Foundation for Public Education. This event is from 12-6pm.

Saturday, March 10, the Wine Expo Returns to Riverwalk Restaurant in Yorktown. This exciting event is held to benefit the Victory Family YMCA.
Enjoy curated wine and hor d’oevres stations featuring 50 wines, artisan cheese, breads, fruits, local oysters, and chocolate. Riverwalk is located at 323 Water Street, situated by the stunning Yorktown waterfront. Space is limited so get your tickets now.
The Expo will take place from 1-3pm. VIP tickets are $55 with early admission at 12pm. General admission tickets are $45.

The Historic Yorktown waterfront will transform into a Christmas wonderland for the final Market Days event of the year. Enjoy extended hours of 9-3pm on Saturday, December 9th.
Browse local vendors and shop for wreaths, Christmas gift baskets, gourmet dog treats, fresh breads, baked goods, chowder and more. At 10.30am, be sure to catch a cooking demonstration from Carrot Tree Kitchens of Yorktown.
From 1-3pm, children’s activities will be held in the grassy area near the fountain. Festivities include a colonial Christmas Program from Watermen’s Museum, live holiday music, arts and crafts, and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. At 1.30pm, don’t miss the Toyland Parade. Attention party people! If you appreciate real hip-hop, reggae music and a great crowd, mark your calendars for this weekend. Saturday, September 9th, FMB presents “Salute Back”, a fundraiser held to benefit the Combat Wounded Coalition and Kevin Thorp, a loyal friend to the FMB family.
Kevin was recently involved in an accident, puncturing one lung and causing him to miss work. A portion of proceeds made will go towards Kevin’s mounting medical bills.
There will be live performances by Jason Coffey, I Gabe, DrummerBoy and DJ Raw Base. You’ll receive a free FMB cup with entry and enjoy drink specials all night long. This event will be held at County Grill in Yorktown. Attendees must be 21 and up with valid ID. The party starts at 9.30pm and will continue until close. It’s always a good time with the FMB crew!

The Watermen’s Museum is excited to host an epic swashbuckling event April 29th-30th. The ‘Pirate Invasion’ will feature pirates and pirate-hunters on a quest for supremacy of the seas! This will be a grand battle between law and freedom.
You can expect to see pirates representing seafaring life in the late 17th and 18th centuries. They will ‘invade’ Yorktown along with cannon firing demonstrations and a heroic battle of wits. Guests will have the option to visit the encampments and sing along with pirates. There will be children’s activities and special appearances by well-known local pirates. This event is family-friendly and free.
