Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Billsburg presents ‘Chocolate Rendezvous’. This event will be held Tuesday, February 13th from 6-8pm. Enjoy pairings of chocolate and decadent desserts from Carrot Tree Kitchen and Blackbird Bakery with four 8oz pours of Billsburg beers.
VIP tickets are available which allow early access from 5-6pm and a special cask, not released to the general public until after the event (if there is any left!). Members of the Billsburg Founders Growler Club will be upgraded to VIP for free when you bring your growler. Tickets are $25 and $30 for VIP.

February is quickly approaching and with that, comes Valentine’s Day. What better way to celebrate the upcoming holiday than to welcome back a highly popular beer at Alewerks Brewing Company?
Bitter Valentine will be released at noon on draft and in 16oz cans for the first time ever. This Double IPA has been celebrated since its inception, including being rated the best beer in Virginia. The flavor is exceptionally balanced and smooth with notes of citrus and pine from Pacific Northwest hops.
Saturday’s festivities will also include tapping a very special cask of BBP, blended with Coffeehouse Stout. This beer is very limited, there is only one firkin of the rare blend of two of their most popular beers. Be sure to get there early! This event is Saturday, January 13th from 12-9pm.

Still searching for a fun and unique way to ring in the New Year? Join the cool kids at Amber Ox Public House for their New Year’s Eve celebration!
The ‘PG-500’ Block Party is hosted by the Amber Ox Public House, Precarious Beer Project, and in partnership with The Hounds Tale restaurant. This event will feature live music with the guys from ‘JNW’, southern style barbecue and local craft beer. There will be an outside festival tent, music spun by DJ Dre and local beer stations. Featured breweries include Precarious Beer Project, Virginia Beer Company, Alewerks Brewing Company and Billsburg Brewery.
Enjoy a Southern style barbecue station, delicious sides and Amber Ox’s famous buttermilk drop biscuits. Amber Ox Public House and The Hounds Tale restaurant are open to all event attendees and are featuring special dishes, cocktails and locally sourced wines. One food ticket per person is included in the ticket cost. Admission is $20 per person. The festival tent will open at 7pm sharp and close at 1am. Live music begins at 8pm and plays until 11pm.

Saturday, December 2nd, head out to Colonial Williamsburg for the highly anticipated Christmas Parade.
Enjoy over 100 floats, marching bands and characters trailing down Richmond Road in celebration of the Holidays. The parade will go through Merchants Square onto Henry Street and end at the corner of Henry and Francis Streets.
This year’s theme is “winter wonderland,” and will feature special guests, Mr. and Mrs. Santa Clause. The parade will begin at 8am with streets closing promptly at 7.30am.

Tricks and Treats for the entire family! Gather the little ones and head to Williamsburg for some festive fun. Saturday, October 21st, Yankee Candle Village will host a family friendly Halloween Bash.
This event will feature fun activities for every age group. There will be snacks, drinks and some very special appearances. ‘Paint a Pumpkin’ with Mrs. Claus and enjoy special pricing on ‘Halloween Dip your Own Critters’. There will also be face-painting, balloon art and a fortune teller.

Saturday, September 30th, come out to Alewerks and celebrate a great cause. Tap into Fall with 10 Alewerks craft beer samples and an exclusive firkin of Pumpkin Ale with vanilla and coffee.
Prost! food truck will be on site serving their Oktoberfest-inspired menu including brats, schnitzel and beer braised sausage. The primary beneficiary for this event is the local branch of Warriors at Ease. Prior to the event, at 11 a.m. an instructor will lead a complimentary yoga session.
This year’s event will offer lawn games, live music and a silent auction featuring items such as restaurant gift cards to Merchants Square and rounds of golf at Kingsmill Resort. This event is from 12-4pm. Admission is $25, non-drinkers are $10.
